There has been lots of national publicity about the 2016-17 NHS pay award of 1% across the board increase (including high cost of living supplements in and around London) with a reinstatement of incremental progression for those who had this suspended last year. However for some members at the top of 8A there is likely to be a sting in the tail due to an increase in pension contributions.
