  • 27 Sept 2018: Healthcare Science Education 2018: : What is the role of leadership in education? How to maximise the impact of the opportunities ahead of us

    This meeting will showcase current work and facilitate discussions about teaching across boundaries in education. It is aimed at Healthcare Scientists of all levels and from all disciplines, but would be especially useful for Lead Healthcare Scientists, managers, and those with an education input within their organisation.

  • 10-11 Oct 2018: RCPath & ACP: Disruptive Technology in Pathology

    This is a joint event between the Royal College of Pathologists & Association of Clinical Pathologists.
    This meeting highlights some of the most advanced recent developments, and shows some of the ways in which these developments are about to change patient care. This special meeting brings together pathologists, industry and world experts across a range of areas, to showcase innovations that are changing healthcare and diagnostics in the practice of pathology.

  • 9-10 Nov 2018: Pre-implantation Genetic Diagnosis 2018: Current practice and beyond

    This 1.5 day course will be held at Robens Suite, Guy’s Hospital, London SE1 9RT and feature talks from Clinical Genetics, Reproductive Medicine, Embryology and Genetics Laboratories to share our multidisciplinary experience, followed by interactive workshops on complex issues.

  • 2-4 Dec 2018: Osteoporosis 2018

    This conference takes place at the ICC in Birmingham, and attracts in the region of 800 delegates, from the world of osteoporosis, bone health and fragility fractures. Delegates at previous osteoporosis conferences have stated that the event enabled them to get up to date with the latest products and services; find out about pipe-line products; network with existing and new company contacts; and see product demonstrations.
    There are a number of sessions that may be of interest to ACB members, including workshops on Bone Turnover Markers and a session on UK Biobank.

  • 22-23 Mar 2019: EFLM-BD Preanalytical Conference

    The above meeting will be held in Munich. This Biannual Conference is organized by the EFLM Working Group on Pre-analytical Phase in collaboration with BD

  • 4-8 Aug 2019: 71st AACC Annual Scientific Meeting & Clinical Lab Expo
